Personnel:
EMS/FIRE personnel are important to our city. But they are not revive bots and should get to enjoy roleplay as well. This means they should be able to be hostages. In order to take EMS/FIRE hostage there must be 3+ EMS online and on-duty. You cannot take EMS from an active scene.
In the case of a scene with active shooting:
If EMS is staged near a scene it can continue, EMS must not be used as a means to end a scene and must only be called in once it is cleared by Police. If EMS enters the scene before it has been cleared by police that was at their own risk.
Vehicles:
Citizens are not allowed to steal EMS/Fire/SADOT vehicles. You may steal police vehicles and from police vehicles, however there must be RP intent, and stealing cop cars cannot be the sole focus of your roleplay.
Fire/EMS vehicles/personnel are restricted from being stolen and stolen from.
